What are the maintenance methods of concrete placing boom:

1.The type of concrete placing boom,the wall thickness of concrete pump pipe and the weight of concrete pump pipe shall correspond to their own concrete pump;

2.Regularly check whether the thickness of concrete pump pipe of concrete placing boom can change;

3.Turn the pipe when the pump pipe is half square.If the concrete pump pipe does not turn,it will show the appearance of uneven stress,resulting in early damage of the pump pipe and waste;

4.Regularly check the joint of the pump pipe to see if there is any problem of explosive opening,and replace it in time;

5.Do a good job in monthly,and annual inspection of electric placing boom equipment;

6.The pump pipes of the concrete Distributor shall be cleaned frequently.
